Easton Parish Council are in the process of preparing a Neighbourhood Plan.
The referendum for the Easton Neighbourhood Plan will take place on Thursday 13 June 2024. Documents relating to the Referendum (the ‘specified documents’) can be viewed below:
The examination of the Easton Neighbourhood Plan was carried out by Independent Examiner Ann Skippers.
The below ‘Responses to Easton Neighbourhood Plan’ document was updated on 31 January 2024 to highlight the updated Environment Agency response and on 8 February 2024 to highlight the updated Anglian Water response, which are both published in the ‘Updated Responses to Easton Neighbourhood Plan’ document.
Easton Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Plan to East Suffolk Council ahead of it being submitted for independent examination. East Suffolk Council publicised the plan and invited representations between 10 November 2023 and 19 January 2024. Consultation notice.
Easton Parish Council published their pre-submission consultation (regulation 14) draft Neighbourhood Plan from 4th February to 20th March 2023.
The first stage was to designate the 'Neighbourhood Area' – the geographical area the plan will cover.
